The day center, “House of Culture”, serves as a gathering place for foreigners (refugees, asylum seekers, third-country nationals, as well as foreign students, volunteers, etc.) to meet with the residents of Vilnius.<\/p>\n

Foreigners holding a Lithuanian residence permit are provided with legal, psychological and employment counseling free of charge. Free English language classes, educational activities and special events are offered, and child care is provided during the consultations.<\/p>\n
